It feels so good to be creating double page layouts again!
The ScrapRoom's recipe assignments are really getting me back to feeling comfortable with 2 pagers again...which is funny because they used to be what I created the most!
So here is today's reveal.... FOTM is Jillibean Soup's Healthy Hello collection.

This collection with all the blues and yellows and greens lead me to create this multi-photo layout of our new puppy.  Yes, he's approaching his 3rd birthday in a couple of months...but it's never too late to scrap these photos, right?  I went with a simple grid design on the right side and did some layered embellishments on the patterned paper blocks.  For the left side, an easy collage of photos with a couple of big patterned paper strips, a fun title and some more layered embellishments.

Did you know that if you subscribe to The ScrapRoom's basic FOTM kits, you have access to recipe cards with instructions to create 4 double page layouts using items mostly contained in these four kits? I say mostly because usually there is not an alpha set to create a title and each of the designers may pull some basics from there own stash like twine, buttons, enamel dots, etc.  But all of the patterned paper and coordinating embellies are contained within each kit.  Pretty cool, huh?  Seriously, the only thing on this layout from my own stash are the green Thickers I used in the title.

So have I convinced you yet to at least check out The ScrapRoom and the kits they have to offer?  I hope so!  In case you're not quite ready but are curious, you can join us in our Facebook group and get to know the people, see and participate in our challenges and the general chatter about this craft we all love so much. You can find the link to the TSR Subscribers/Fan Group in the sidebar on the blog (see link above).  Now go scrap already!
